This is an advanced form of the door view-port, used to confirm the presence and identity of visitor. The door phone unit has a visual display of the live images from camera on the door The display along with audio intercom is turned on when the doorbell is rung, enabling the user-visitor conversation. On visual confirmation of the visitor, user can unlatch the door. The digital camera enables working in low light conditions and is ideally suited for close range application. A mic and speaker implements the outside part of the audio intercom. High durability and aesthetics are maintained by housing, the electronics in metallic enclosure and can be mounted in the wall.Care has been taken to keep power consumption to a minimum for idle condition.

The door latch/unlatch function can also be accessed through the remote control, a part of the product suite.Multiple display option via existing TVs & PC monitors extends convenience to any locations in the house.
